Check-in and check-out were seamless with a virtual process. The digital key feature was convenient. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast? Outstanding. The omelette station was a highlight. Staff were genuinely friendly, making my family feel welcome. Housekeeping deserves applause for excellent service—our room was tidied without request. Access to the beach was easy, just a short walk across the street. The lobby impressed, along with complimentary evening snacks and a great bar offering two free drinks daily. a few issues surfaced. The cooling struggled, and we faced housekeeping timing challenges after a beach day. Facilities show signs of age, and extra attention is needed for maintenance.

the stay here was very very good for 4 nights. the staff was knowledgeable and the rooms were huge. the food was great and i truly enjoyed scrambled eggs, biscuits, pancakes, and yoghourt. the location was amazing for me, close to the ocean.

Perfect location near the beach and lots of amenities. The king suite offered great space, a large bathroom, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a highlight with the custom omelet bar, though finding a clean plate was a challenge due to persistent cleanliness issues. The noise from the dining area was bothersome in the morning, and the pool felt cramped with crowds. We had issues with the reservation and multiple anxiety-inducing texts about payment. Despite its charm and lovely ambiance, the uncomfortable sofa bed and hot room made for a mixed experience. Would consider again, but improvements needed.

Housekeeping was rude about cleaning when we were in the room, and despite being loyal members, we didn’t even get our welcome goodies. It felt like our requests were an inconvenience to them.

Stunningly beautiful place, it has pleasant staff with a friendly and informative receptionist. The airport is 15 km away, easy to reach.

We had a very nice time staying at this hotel. The bar had plenty of excellent meals for breakfast. Easy check in and friendly service overall. Its pool was heated, we chilled out there when it was lovely outside.

Breakfast was awesome every morning, with a great selection. Location was super close to the beach, just a quick two-minute walk across. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant.

Rooms were outdated and not well maintained. Found a spider in the bed and ants in the bathroom and hallway.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. the temperature control was inconsistent; the bedroom felt about 15 degrees warmer than the living area, making it hard to sleep. Although the air conditioning struggled, we appreciated the friendly staff, especially Cecile, who promptly provided a fan after I mentioned my struggle to sleep. The walls were thin, allowing noise from adjoining rooms to penetrate. The dark, gloomy atmosphere was enhanced by limited windows and dim lighting. A broom for sand clean-up would have been useful since housekeeping didn’t come daily.
